(1) The Chief Justice of the High Court shall inspect the activities of the concerned High Court or subordinate District Court judges every year and submit a report to the Council of Justice.

(2) Subsection (1) ) in addition to other things, the following details should be mentioned in the report:-

(a) details of annual attendance at the place where the concerned judge is assigned,

(b) in proportion to the number of cases in the concerned court during the year, the judge Details of judgments made, (c) details of judgments made by the concerned judges if they are affirmed or annulled by the higher court, (d) details of other activities related to court management and operation.

(3) The Judicial Council may take the report as per sub-section (1) as a basis when evaluating the judge or taking action against him.

(4) Other arrangements related to inspection shall be as prescribed.
